High Chief Oriyomi was not only the leader of our organisation but the soul of our collective mission, a man whose unwavering belief in cooperation, unity, and people-centred development shaped the cooperative movement across Africa and beyond. His voice carried hope, his leadership inspired courage, and his life embodied the very principles upon which our movement stands. As we navigate this moment of loss, we also come together to celebrate his extraordinary legacy: one of service, compassion, humility, and tireless commitment to empowering communities and strengthening cooperatives for generations to come.
The memorial service will provide space for reflection, remembrance, shared memories, and collective strength as we honour his life and the future he so passionately worked to build.
