In celebration of International Women’s Day, the International Cooperative Alliance – Africa, in partnership with the Co-operative University of Kenya, is hosting a special online Leadership Program for Women Cooperative Leaders from March 2–6, 2026.
The program, themed “Women in Cooperative Leadership for Inclusive Economic Growth and Democratic Governance”, aims to strengthen women’s leadership, governance, and decision-making skills within cooperative institutions across Africa. Participants will gain practical training in leadership, advocacy, public speaking, gender-responsive governance and connect with a network of women leaders for mentorship and peer learning.
