Regional Dialogue of Cooperative Development Organizations (CDOs)

How can we make cooperatives stronger, more resilient, and future-ready? 

The Regional Dialogue of Cooperative Development Organizations (CDOs), held under the ICA-EU Partnership #coops4dev🌍 in Nairobi, Kenya, brought together stakeholders from across Africa to explore strategies for advancing the cooperative movement.

Through open dialogue, collaboration, and shared learning, stakeholders reflected on challenges, exchanged best practices, and identified new opportunities to enhance cooperative growth, resilience, and inclusive economic development.

The discussions highlighted the transformative role of CDOs in advancing people-centered development and fostering innovation within the cooperative ecosystem.

By working together, CDOs continue to foster innovation and empower cooperatives to adapt and thrive in a changing socio-economic landscape, ensuring they remain engines of empowerment and sustainability for generations to come.
